Sun Bicycle 23'' frame 1969

This 23 inch frame- Sun bicycle was made at the old Carlton Factory workshop in 1969.

It's just been repainted (powder coated) in British Racing Green.

It has New Wheels with 7 speed Shimano gears and a New rear Cog.

Original Chainset and Lyotard Pedals.

New Bearing fitted in Bottom Bracket 

Refurbished Weinmann Brakes with new cables and Brake blocks.   

New Northwestern Handlebars

Brake Levers with integrated bell 

New Saddle and Seat Pin.

A rare sloping top tube time trial 23 '' frame made with Reynolds 653 tubing - It's very light. 

Finished in nice Iris Blue - note the internal cables. New quick release Shimano wheels (700x13) Fitted with new Schwalbe Lugano (700x25) tyres.

8 speed Shimano 105 gears - new rear cog and chain.

New 48 tooth chainwheel (note drilled chainring) Fitted with new pedals Shimano Sora brakes 

New bottom bracket and headset New saddle.

ITM Italmanubri handle bar stem Fitted with narrow handle-bars New grips and brakes levers and bell.

All New Cables inner and outer.

This frame was built by the late Famous Shropshire frame builder Mike Logan in the early 90's.  He built frames for Bob Griffin and David Mellor.

It has only recently been sprayed and rebuilt.

Viking Hosteller Men's Racer

Viking Hosteller 23 inch   Frame No 130361

This fine bike from 1963 has been resprayed in Pageant Blue, it has Chrome Forks with Campagnolo ends.

The wheels are 27 x 1 1/4 Weinmann Concave rims with Large flange Hub on the front and Millard Hub on the back wheel and fitted with new tyres and inner tubes.

The gears are Shimano and controlled by a Benelux Changer on the down tube.
Weinmann Brakes and Levers fitted with new cables and blocks.

ITM special handle bars, Period Single 46 tooth Chainset
